It’s summer! If you’re not holiday already, you’re bound to be dreaming of sun, sea and a cool drink in your hand, or an adventure in a country far, far away. We’ve put together a list of our dream holiday destinations to fantasize about while we’re toiling behind our desks….

My dream holiday destination has to be somewhere warm and sunny, with plenty to do and, ideally a nice medieval castle to check out in between days by the pool. Sicily ticks all these boxes – with the added benefit of gorgeous food- and so it’s very high up on my “to do” holiday list.

My travels so far have taken me around Asia (weird weekends in the jungles of Laos, a two-week roadtrip through Japan) but I’ve been dying to do an American roadtrip for a long time now. I want to hire a car (but I won’t be driving) and spend a month travelling around LA, San Francisco, New York, Portland, Seattle, New Orleans, Texas…. there’s a lot to see, and a lot of food to try!
