Jake Graf

Jake is an actor, author and filmmaker, specialising in films, books and projects that further the lives of LGBTQ+ people. He and his wife, Hannah Graf MBE, were the subjects of hit C4 documentary ‘Our Baby: A Modern Miracle’ and their autobiography ‘Becoming Us’ was published in 2022. Jake also created the viral Trans is Human photography project, launched on national television in March 2025, highlighting the humanity of its trans subjects. Jake has shared his story at The White House and The House of Commons and his films are used internationally as educational tools. He is a Stonewall Trustee and a patron of Children with Cancer UK, Not A Phase and akt.
