Happy #YouDoYouDay!

Anyone else sick and tired of those ‘new year new you’ messages? As our favourite anti-guru Sarah Knight tells us in her new book, being yourself should be easy, right? We’re celebrating by hosting #YouDoYouDay on Thursday 4th January!

In her latest no f**ks given guide Sarah Knight is shouting her message of empowerment from the rooftops – that there is absolutely nothing wrong with being who you are, and we should in fact embrace all of our quirks and oddities, all of our own little ways of doing things that make us us. Sarah’s encouraging us all to put a bit of selfish back into self help and embrace being ourselves this new year.

To celebrate this idea we’re asking everyone to share how they intend to embrace being themselves in 2018 with #YouDoYouDay! We want EVERYONE to get involved by flaunting those personal quirks and weird habits! Live your best self and show us how You Do You with the hashtag #YouDoYouDay. 💁‍♀️
Whether it’s wearing an old Spongebob Squarepants tshirt to bed or eating strange foods (like this rather appealing Oreo and Wotsit sandwich), share yours with #YouDoYouDay. Join in with our twitter moment here: http://bit.ly/2ql56NU
