A fast-paced and action-packed cyberpunk novel about freedom, justice, and identity
Like a quest straight out of Cyberpunk 2077, Scion has all the hallmarks of Islington's strengths, with the same twisty plots, deep characters, and stellar worlds as his fantasy works, packaged in a sharp-edged sci-fi
A brilliant page turner by my new auto-buy author. Action-packed, bingeable, and remarkably witty, Scion was one heck of a cyberpunk story from start to finish
A propulsive, adrenaline-filled thriller that grips you from the first sentence to the last. Islington's narrator leaps off the page with wit and smarts in this incredible story
Full of fierce energy and razor-sharp writing, Scion sketches a terrifyingly enjoyable world to get lost in
Scion is a high-octane cyberpunk thrill ride jammed full of insane tech, dry wit, and frenetic violence. I devoured it
A blast in every single way, Scion is funny and sad, humungously violent and rather sweet . . . It's ridiculously fast paced and fun: mangatastic-action with heart and soul
