In my opinion, this book is the strongest course book for study of this period...Very comprehensive.
We've used this for several years now and I really like the textbook. The content is clearly structured, e.g. each chapter is from a section of the spec so exam questions draw on content from one chapter only, aiding revision. The activities are very sensible and lead to students creating notes that are clear and focused.
